The Ganzo 320 grinding stone is primarily intended as a replacement grinding stone for Ganzo grinding sets.

The stone is used for coarse sharpening. Regular use of the sharpening stone requires regular replacement, Ganzo 320 is the best choice. This sharpening stone is suitable for sharpening and renewing the edge of all knives and other tools. The large abrasive particles are effective for coarse sharpening and restoring deformed and damaged blades. It creates the desired blade angle very quickly and prepares the blade for final polishing.
