The manufacturer has chosen 440C grade stainless steel as the material for the blade of this knife. This alloy contains manganese, silicon and chromium, which contribute to the high strength of the metal and give it good anti-corrosion properties. Ganzo has given it a universal flat cut and the blade surface is satin polished.
