The Firebird FH927 combines practicality with elegance, making it an excellent choice for everyday carry (EDC). The versatile Drop-Point blade and non-slip ergonomic handle provide maximum comfort during use. This model handles not only standard cutting tasks but also more demanding jobs such as working with plastic or rubber.
Firebird FH927 is made from proven materials that offer reliability, long service life, and resistance to external influences:
- D2 tool steel blade – a high-carbon, high-chromium alloy delivering excellent strength and long edge retention. Hardness reaches up to 60 HRC. Low maintenance – simply wipe the blade dry after use.
- G10 handle scales – a fiberglass and epoxy composite that is highly durable, water-resistant, and impact-resistant. The textured surface improves grip and control.
The blade opens smoothly using the flipper, which hides into the handle after opening. Secure lock-up is provided by the Liner-Lock mechanism. Jimping on the spine offers thumb support for heavy-duty tasks.
The knife weighs only 132 g including the steel pocket clip, making it easy to carry. You can attach it to your pocket, belt, backpack strap, or gear to keep a sharp blade always at hand.
