Ganzo G807 – classic fixed-blade outdoor knife

Ganzo G807 belongs to the category of outdoor knives and is inspired by legendary Scandinavian models, appealing to all lovers of classic and functional design. Thanks to its solid fixed construction without moving parts, it provides higher safety, stability, and reliability during use. Perfect for travel, camping, picnics, fishing, or hunting – wherever a sharp knife is a necessity, not a luxury.

The design of the G807 is based on the previous G806 model, with small modifications improving ergonomics and handling. The knife features an 88 mm Drop Point blade that is versatile and suitable for slicing food, woodworking, piercing, or working with plastics. The spine thickness of 3.3 mm ensures high strength and resistance to deformation under heavier loads.

The blade is made from high-quality carbon steel 9Cr14, known for its corrosion resistance, long-lasting sharpness, and wear resistance. After heat treatment, it reaches a hardness of approximately 59 HRC, ensuring long service life and reliable cutting performance.

The 115 mm long handle has no sharp edges, preventing hand fatigue even during extended use. Made from a combination of polypropylene (PP) and thermoplastic rubber (TPR), it offers strength, impact resistance, and secure grip. The non-slip texture prevents slipping even in wet hands, while fine notches near the blade provide a finger rest.

At the end of the handle is a hole for paracord or lanyard, serving as a safety feature during use.

The knife weighs only 96 g, making it easy to carry. The set includes a lightweight PP polymer sheath with a belt clip and a drainage hole to remove water from the blade after use.
