The Ganzo G7361 attracts the attention of anyone who appreciates compactness, practicality and design. Despite the fact that the open blade is 195mm long, it looks quite small. The reason for this is the thoughtful and balanced design.
Now, more about the details of this knife and its features. The blade is made from the best-selling 440C production steel. It is a stainless steel alloy with a carbon content of up to 1.2%. It is the hardest material in its group, which allows for a good sharpening of the blade. In order to maintain the original appearance and properties, elementary care is sufficient, such as simply wiping the blade with a damp cloth after use. The cutting edge is flat, making the knife versatile in use. The blade is polished and therefore reflects light and sunlight. It is secured with a Button-Lock. When it is pressed, the blade is rotated to the open position by means of a built-in spring.
The part of the handle that is closer to the blade is also metal. The remaining part is made of G10 or wood. Characteristic features of this knife are: strength and durability
