Ganzo ProSharp – universal sharpener for knives, scissors and axes
The Ganzo ProSharp model is a practical and versatile sharpener designed to maintain essential tools found in every home. It easily restores the edge of kitchen and outdoor knives, sharpens household scissors and garden axes.
The main advantage of this sharpener is the combination of several sharpening elements in one body. The base consists of two sharpening surfaces with different grit levels:
- Diamond panel with 400 grit (size 290x55mm) – for coarse sharpening and forming the correct edge angle.
- Diamond panel with 800 grit (size 290x55mm) – for smoothing the blade and final honing.
You can choose the ideal sharpening angle yourself. Simply move the blade alternately on both sides – usually 6–12 strokes per side are enough to remove burrs and achieve perfect sharpness.
For quick sharpening, the handle also features two guided slots with a fixed angle:
- Left slot with carbide sharpener for coarse edge alignment.
- Right slot with ceramic sharpener for fine finishing.
These grooves allow fast and easy edge correction since both sides of the blade are sharpened at the same time.
In the center of the handle there is also a special section for sharpening scissors.
The handle is made of food-grade polypropylene (PP), which is safe for health, impact-resistant and resistant to extreme temperatures. The 115 mm handle length and matte surface ensure a firm and comfortable grip.
The overall dimensions are 290 × 57 × 20 mm, with a weight of only 207 g. At the end of the handle there is a large hanging hole for convenient storage.
