The Firebird trademark was established in 2015 and has caught the attention of many knife lovers over the years. The Chinese company Ganzo created it to the delight of many fans of functional and stylish EDC models. The FH series combines high quality yet affordable knives for everyday use. These knives are impeccable, as many users report. The manufacturer describes this knife as small, lightweight, yet durable. Distinctive features are the shape of the blade - Clip-Point and the comfortable handle design.

The length of the knife is 170mm, the length of the blade is 70mm, its thickness is 3.5 millimeters. The weight is 100 grams. It is made of D2 grade steel, the hardness of which corresponds to 58 to 60 Rockwell units. A hardness of about 60 units is considered quite good, since in practice there are no models with a hardness of more than 65. This is because the harder the metal, the more brittle it is, and this is undesirable. D2 steel is characterised as an expensive but at the same time high-quality material. It has all the necessary properties and the essential components are in the optimum ratio. The alloy has a high level of carbon and chromium in its composition and is resistant to corrosion as well as mechanical stress.

The handle is made of steel inserts, polymer spacers and moulded G10 shanks. Smooth carbon polymer pads are used in the FH61-CF version. The washers are fixed with Torx steel screws. G10 is a composite material based on glass fibre and epoxy resin. It has mechanical resistance, strength and moisture resistance. It is easy to paint and machine. The 10 cm long handle has a lanyard hole and a metal belt clip.

The blade can be opened either with a small thumb hole or a flipper with non-slip notches will help. The blade is secured with a Liner-Lock.

Who was the FH61 made for? For hikers, soldiers, ordinary people. It will also help with household chores. In short, this knife can be considered universal. It is an effective tool and can serve as an effective weapon when needed.
