The Ganzo G723 knife makes it easy to spread bread, open a can, clean a fish you've caught or prepare small shavings to start a fire. It is therefore a good choice for outdoor activities. However, the practical features of the Ganzo G723 allow you to use it in the city as well. So, this model is recommended for all active people who want to have a quality knife "at hand". It can be used just as easily for slicing an apple or making a stick for roasting sausages and many other tasks.
The Ganzo G723 has a 440C stainless steel blade. This is characterized by its corrosion resistance and can stay sharp for a long time thanks to its 58 HRC hardness. The blade itself is 95mm long; it is 4mm wide.
The body of the knife is also made of stainless steel. There is a clip on one side to secure the knife, while the other side has a G10 blade. The surface of the G10 is deliberately much profiled for a firmer grip on the knife in the hand. Available colours are: green, orange and black. In addition, the knife handle has a small hole for e.g. threading Paracord through.
