The Ganzo G723 has a 440C stainless steel blade. This is characterized by its corrosion resistance and can stay sharp for a long time thanks to its 58 HRC hardness. The blade itself is 95mm long; it is 4mm wide.

The body of the knife is also made of stainless steel. There is a clip on one side to secure the knife, while the other side has a G10 blade. The surface of the G10 is deliberately much profiled for a firmer grip on the knife in the hand. Available colours are: green, orange and black.
